We guarantee that every transaction you make at FunWithWind.com will be safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at FunWithWind.com. See guarantee details below.

We never see your complete credit card number, All Credit card numbers are held by LinkPoint (The credit Card Gateway company). Our database contains only your Name and address information. Each purchase you make you will be required to enter your credit card number...Safe, the less your credit card information is exposed the safer you are.
Still don't want to use your credit card on the Internet?

No problem. Just fill out our order form online. Enter only your card's last five digits and its expiration date. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be prompted with a phone number that you can use to call in the rest of your card number.
Guarantee Details:

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, FunWithwind.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. FunWithwind.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at FunWithwind.com while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
The guarantee does not apply to purchases from third-party merchants who process their own credit card payments (such as Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer, and Spiegel).

FunWithwind Payments Safety

FunWithwind Payments transactions for FunWithwind Products are covered up to $2,500 by our FunWithwind.com Guarantee. (Non-Payments purchases are covered only up to $250.).

Credit Card Declines

If we are unable to charge your card successfully for an FunWithwind Transtion, we will send an e-mail notification with a link to resubmit payment, at which time you can update your payment information or authorize another attempt to charge. We cannot re-try your credit card for you. If payment is unsuccessful more than once, or the order is more than 3 days old, the order will be canceled. If this occurs, please feel free to return to our store to place another order.

Updating a Card

If payment is successful, your card will be charged at the time of purchase. We have no means by which to alter the credit card for an FunWithwind order after it has been submitted. If there is any reason you need to have an order canceled, you will need to logon and check your order status, if the order is shipped you will be required to request a Return Merchansdise Authorization (RMA).
