Order Tracking is easy...just LOGIN using the link found on any page banner. Once you have logged in you will be directed to your customer service area. Select the link ORDER TRACKING all your orders will be listed, click the order number to obtain more information including tracking and order status.



The Order list above provides an ORDER STATUS for each order. FunWithWind utilizes a bar code system to track your order through the fulfillment process. Click the ORDER NUMBER to view the details of your order.



The ORDER DETAILS view presents several tools to help you understand the status of your order.  The COMMENTS field provides and interface that allows you to send a message directly to customer service, AND allows customer service staff to send messages to you in order to provide you the lattest information about your order. Once your order is shipped the shipping information is provided including the Estimated Arrivial Date, Tracking Number and Methord of shipping, UPS Ground, USPS First Class, Express Mail, Parcel Post or other.
