Stunt and Sport Kites From HQ Kites for 2009 -
The popular Calypso II and Quickstep II have additional graphic designs. We assume the Calypso II still has the original design line set. We recommend upgrading to straps and winder line set for the Calypso II. The Limbo is a new entry level Stunt kite available in three-color (red, green, blue) choices retailing for around $38.00. The Limbo falls short on the wingspan (61 inch) for beginners (we recommend 63 inch) includes; fiberglass frame, dyneema line set with straps and ripstop-polyester sail. We hope to be test flying this kite in mid March pending availability.

HQ Kites & Designs USA has a fresh easy-to-fly family kites for the 2009 season. The 2009 review includes eight new Simple Flyer kites with great designs for kids. Unfortunately the retail price will push close to $25.00, the Simple flyer Eco line is still available at great prices for the under 5 and 6 age group. Ten new Eddy or Diamond designs and three new Delta designs are also being introduced. One of the best items added this year is a great rainy day at the beach kite, Paint by Numbers kite. Includes four designs, acrylic paints, paintbrush, line and winder. (No mixing required). We are waiting for prices and delivery time.
