All merchandise purchased from The FunWithWind web site may be exchanged or returned for a refund in a New and Unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date (with the exception of Kite Parts). Funwithwind reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee based on the product return condition and the orginial shipping cost paid by Funwithwind including orders designated as Free Shipping. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment (Credit card or Paypal) .
All merchandise or exchanges must have all the accessories and or parts, be in its original packaging, and have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Without these items the return or exchange will not be possible. FunWithWind reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds that are returned to us used or without the original merchandise accessories or merchandise packaging.
Defective items will be determined by FunWithWind or the manufacturer of the item. Defective items may only be exchanged for the exact same item.
Items found in the catagory of Kite Parts on the Funwithwind Web site cannot be return for credit. Exchanges are permitted at the discretion of the Funwithwind representative. 20% restocking fee may be applied.
All returns must be shipped to FunWithWind prepaid. Please, properly insure your package and ship it via a traceable method. We cannot be responsible for lost or miss-directed merchandise.
To request RMA# please email us at info@FunWithWind.com with your order number or logon to the customer area and select the order from your order history you wish to return, and RMA number will be issued and approved by customer service. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to arrange your return. We will refuse any shipment that does not contain an approved authorized RMA#.
Damaged merchandise during delivery- UPS and the US Postal Service require the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in shipment please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. The carrier will start a claim and will notify FunWithWind in order to replacement your merchandise. Keep the the original box and packing materials in case the carrier wants to check them.
Returning Gift - If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from FunWithWind.com, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver in the same form of payment (credit card or Paypal).
Weather Related Returns - We do not guarantee the weather. If you are purchasing kites for an event and the weather conditions cancel your event we will not accept a return of merchandise.
Late or misdirected merchandise - If your order is shipped within 48 hours after ordering and it arrives late for your event of gift giving we cannot be responsible for USPS late or misdirected merchandise. It is up to the customer at the time of purchase to select the correct shipping methord to arrieve on time. Late or misdirected deliveries via USPS is the customer responsibility with USPS by contacting USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
Sorry, We cannot accept a return after 30 days from the shipping date and merchandise purchased from other on-line stores.
